Where We Ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days of payment being received. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays

As all our wreaths are handmade, during busy seasonal periods (such as Christmas and autumn) dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to keep you informed if there are any delays.

Delivery We ship via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Due to the nature of our products, wreaths are bulky items and shipping rates reflect this

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Missed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. We are not responsible for orders that are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts. Re-delivery charges may apply.
